Come rimedio contro il caldo estivo è consigliato lasciare in giro per la casa, qualche ciotola piena d’acqua avendo cura che non sia troppo fredda e cercando di tenerla sempre pulita e fresca.

Portali a passeggio nelle ore più fresche

Quando fa molto caldo, sarebbe meglio scegliere orari in cui il sole non batte troppo forte .. L’ideale sarebbe il mattino presto o la sera verso il tramonto, cercando di stare all’ombra, evitando percorsi che prevedano tratti lunghi sotto il sole.

Evita l'aria condizionata

Evitare l’aria condizionata, soprattutto se passando dalla casa al giardino. Sarebbe meglio l’utilizzo di un ventilatore per muovere l’aria e rinfrescare l’ambiente. Attenzione a non puntarlo direttamente all’altezza dell’animale.

Attenzione alla tempertura del pavimento

Noi non ci pensiamo perché indossiamo sempre scarpe o ciabatte.. Loro girano a “piedi nudi” e quando fa molto caldo, camminando su superfici surriscaldate, rischiano di scottarsi le zampe. Prima di uscire, controlla che il terreno non sia troppo caldo, premendo il palmo della mano per 15 secondi, se la temperatura sarà insostenibile per te, lo sarà anche per lui…
